Mark R. Carver was born and raised in
Owatonna.
Mark is a 1987 graduate of the Owatonna Senior High School
and a 1997 graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School. Since
being admitted to the Minnesota State Bar in 1997, he has been a
licensed attorney with what is now Dow, Einhaus,
Mattison & Carver. Mark became a shareholder of the firm in
2002 and maintains a general practice of law. Mark is also a
qualified neutral and
mediates civil disputes and
divorces for couples. Mark was
admitted to the Federal Bar in 2005. |

Mark is an involved member of the local community. He currently
serves on the Board of Directors for the
United Way of Steele County as President. Mark
recently served as Chair of the
Board of Directors for the Owatonna Business
Incubator and on the board of the Ivanhoe housing project. In the past,
Mark has served as Chair of the Board of Directors for Wee Pals Child
Care Center, Inc., President of the Steele County Bar Association and
Chair of the Public Policy Committee for the Owatonna Area Chamber of
Commerce and Tourism.
