| Eric J. Mattison,
Esq. Eric joined the firm as an associate attorney in 1983 immediately following graduation from William Mitchell College of Law and became a shareholder in 1986. He is a 1975 graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College in Saint Peter, Minnesota and a 1971 graduate of Willmar High School, Willmar, Minnesota. While a law student at William Mitchell in 1982 and 1983, Eric clerked for the Honorable Charles Flynn, District Court Judge for Ramsey County, Minnesota. For over 25 years, Eric has provided personal attention to the legal needs of individuals and businesses in Steele County and Southern Minnesota in the practice areas of personal injury, commercial litigation, insurance law, real estate, business law, probate and estate planning. In addition since 2005 Eric has served as outside counsel to Steele - Waseca Cooperative Electric. |

Personal Interests Eric enjoys family,
fishing and relaxing at the cabin on Green Lake in Spicer, Minnesota;
travel and time with children in New York City and Madison, Wisconsin;
taking trips to the beach in the winter, and blues festivals in the
summer.
On March 6, 2013, Eric became a
grandfather for the first time. Community Activities Member - Trinity Lutheran Church, Owatonna,
Minnesota Eric has served on Boards of Directors for the
following organizations: Owatonna Area Hospice, Homestead Hospice House,
Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Steele County, Steele County United Way,
Wee Pals Child Care Center, Steele County Red Cross, Owatonna Business
Incubator, Owatonna Youth Basketball Association, Owatonna Youth
Volleyball Association, and served as Commissioner on the Owatonna
