All of our attorneys perform any of the services you might need in connection with buying or selling residential and commercial real estate or refinancing your home.  We have a broad range of expertise, which includes acquiring, financing, developing, managing, constructing, leasing and selling real property of all kinds.  We also handle construction loans.

Most importantly, our fees are very competitive:

Seller Fees:  Attorney Fees of $250.00.  This includes drafting Deeds and Certificates of Real Estate Value, obtaining loan payoffs, reviewing settlement statements and attending closings.

Buyer Fees:  Our Loan Closing Fee is $225.00 and we generally charge $250.00 for title work (plus title insurance premium, if required). 

We do not charge “handling fees” or extra costs for recording services.  For example, our clients pay the $10.00 it costs to pay the City of Owatonna for an assessment or name search or the $46.00 it costs to record.  We do not charge extra for any of these services.
