Madeleine K. Haberman, Esq.

Madeleine K. Haberman is an Owatonna native and graduate of Owatonna High School. After earning her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, she received her law degree from the University of St. Thomas School of Law. In 2022, Madeleine returned to Owatonna to practice law and serve the community she calls home.

Madeleine strives to make the legal process approachable and understandable. She assists clients with estate and incapacity planning, trusts, probate, real estate, guardianships and conservatorships, and small business matters, using clear communication and practical guidance tailored to each client’s goals.

Outside of her practice, Madeleine is active in the Owatonna community through Owatonna Business Women, the 761 Foundation, and other local organizations. She enjoys traveling with her husband, David, and working her way through her ever-growing “to-be-read” stack of books.
